A company is looking for a Manager, Mid-Market Customer Success
(East Coast).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support Mid-Market Customer Success Managers to maximize
net dollar retention and build executive relationships with
clients
Provide coaching, feedback, and real-time assistance to team
members on client interactions
Analyze customer data and market trends to inform strategic
decisions and enhance the customer experience
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience managing a Customer Success team
Preferred location in Eastern or Central Time zones
Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role,
preferably in marketing or software sectors
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong commitment to continuous learning and development
