Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Security Technology to
safeguard digital assets and protect stakeholders from cyber
threats.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the organization's
security technology roadmap
Manage and mentor a team of security engineers and analysts
Oversee incident response processes and ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Education
8+ years of experience in information security, with at least 3
years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of security technologies, such as SIEM,
IDS/IPS, and firewalls
Proven track record of developing and executing security
strategies
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are
preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Security, or a related field
