Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile PM/Scrum Master to lead and
mentor Agile teams in delivering high-quality software
products.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint
planning, and retrospectives
Mentor and coach Agile teams in Scrum principles and practices
Remove impediments that hinder team progress and promote continuous
improvement
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business, or a related discipline with 7+ years of experience as a
Scrum Master
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
certification
Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and coaching
teams
Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum
framework
Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello,
Confluence)
