Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with

Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication

Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related
field; Master's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in strategic communications, preferably in
healthcare or startup environments
Demonstrated success in change management and employee engagement
initiatives
Proficiency with digital communication platforms such as Slack and
Notion
Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations
