Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Management to design
and implement a global talent roadmap and performance management
strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Build and develop a high-performance team while setting performance
goals and metrics
Plan and align talent management programs to address future
business needs and opportunities
Lead talent acquisition processes and partner with COE to drive
talent development initiatives
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational
Development preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in talent management
Strong background in Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, and
Talent Development
Proficiency in HRIS Systems, preferably Workday
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
