Summary: Registered Nurse position available in the Emergency Room at Manatee Memorial Hospital, providing safe and competent nursing care to patients.

As a Registered Nurse, you will promote and provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. You will demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care. You will communicate with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs, administer IV's and medications to aid in patient health, and use medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide safe and competent nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room

**Requirements:**

* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
* Current RN licensure in Florida
* Current BLS through the American Heart Association
* Current ACLS through the American Heart Association
* Current PALS through the American Heart Association
* Current NIH Stroke Certification
* CPI required within 6 months of hiring
* Preference of 1-3 years experience in Emergency Nursing
