• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide leadership to your nursing team during your designated shift, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and maintain accurate patient records.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, promoting patient education and empowerment.Requirements
  • Licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
  • American Heart Association BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire/transfer in designated units.
  • PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months of hire/transfer in the Emergency Department.
  • CPI training within 3 months of hire/transfer for Behavioral Health.
