Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oncology Nurse Navigator who
provides individualized support and advocacy for cancer patients
and their caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Guide and support Members and caregivers throughout the cancer care
journey
Facilitate the delivery of healthcare services and coordinate care
across multiple providers
Provide education and resources to assist Members and caregivers in
informed decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Graduated from an accredited nursing school
Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or other ONCC certification
Current RN or NP Compact License with the expectation to obtain
licensure in non-compact states within 6 months of hire
Bachelor's degree in nursing is required
Minimum of three years of oncology navigation experience
