Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to assist
customers in implementing their platform and improving
documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver fast and delightful customer support via internal systems
and community forums
Ensure documentation and educational resources are high-quality and
up to date
Package customer feedback into actionable improvements for product
and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience providing technical support and solving
customer-specific problems
Experience in deploying applications to various hosting platforms
and cloud providers
Proficiency with at least one programming language (Typescript and
Bash preferred)
Experience with tools like GitHub Actions and technologies such as
Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
