IntroductionWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.Responsibilities

• Select and operate the appropriate technical factors for each study, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
• Perform and complete diagnostic CT examinations with precision and attention to detail.
• Assist in the administration of contrast media and other related procedures.
• Prepare, transfer, and position patients safely and with dignity.
• Document all pertinent clinical information and obtain informed consent.
• Remain proficient in executing software protocols and stay up-to-date with changes in the field.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, caregivers, and radiologists.
• Check equipment, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe environment.Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalency plus college/technical training.
  • Valid ARRT (CT) certification.
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and/or lifting of patients/equipment up to 100 lbs.
