Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Florida Largo Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT examinations accurately and efficiently, while providing exceptional patient care and service.Responsibilities

• Select and operate the CT scanner to obtain high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare and position patients for CT examinations, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Administer contrast media and other related procedures as needed
• Document all pertinent clinical information and obtain informed consent from patients
• Remain up-to-date with changes in the field by attending courses or seminars as necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient careRequirements
  • Completion of a 24-month program in Radiologic Technology at an accredited institution
  • Current ARRT (CT) certification
  • Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and/or lifting of patients/equipment up to 50 lbs.
