Job Description:

A company is looking for a Patient Care Advocate - Remote (Pennsylvania).

Key Responsibilities

Handles inbound and outbound calls related to prescriptions and pharmacy services
Updates patient records with insurance and pharmaceutical information
Coordinates activities related to Risk Evaluation Mitigation Strategies (REMS) compliance

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting
Basic PC skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite
Ability to learn proprietary software and work with multiple systems
