Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Reasonable Accommodation Specialist to join their Disability Support Branch.

Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives to simplify and streamline the reasonable accommodation process
Facilitate the interactive process between supervisors and staff regarding accommodation requests
Maintain comprehensive reports on case assignments and provide mentorship to junior staff

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 6 years of experience in reasonable accommodation processes
Strong knowledge of disability law, particularly the Rehabilitation Act and the ADA/Amendment Act
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant productivity software
Experience in case management and reporting
