Job Description:
A company is looking for a Services and Benefits Call Center
Agent to handle customer inquiries and support health care
services.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outbound calls, process member orders, and
manage enrollments and reimbursements
Document member files and perform offline tasks such as data entry
and backorders
Ensure superior service and adhere to call center performance
metrics and standards
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
Must have a dedicated, distraction-free work-from-home space
Ability to maintain a stable internet connection
Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
required
