Job Description:

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across different time zones
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Proactively source candidates using various platforms to strengthen the candidate pipeline

Required Qualifications

2+ years of sourcing or coordinating experience, preferably with technical teams
Hands-on experience with multiple sourcing strategies
Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple job requisitions
A team player willing to collaborate with others to achieve goals
