Job Description:
The Data Business Analyst will facilitate assigned projects by
serving as a liaison between stakeholders, setting and
communicating goals, and evaluating and refining results. The
actions of this position will have a direct effect on Company
performance by improving processes and workflows. Pay 38-43/hr No
C2C No Sponsorship only GC/ US Citizens. (contract position)
Qualifications: At least 2-5 years of experience, preferably in
retail-orentied work.Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related
field preferredExcellent verbal and written communication
skillsExtremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related
software programsProficiency with Power BI and SQLCollaborate with
Business Unit leaders to establish and monitor KPIs aligned with
organizational goalsDevelop and maintain dashboards for real-time
reporting and analysis of KPI trendsProvide guidance and training
to team members on KPI tracking tools and best practicesConduct
regular reviews to ensure data accuracy and credibility in
reporting
